I built one of these last year, its a really good kit.
I'll be watching. =]
On the bench:
Tamiya F4U-1 Kenneth Walsh
Keep in mind: omit the switch panel on the right-hand side of the cockpit for wartime Stearmans.
Not only is it a really nice kit, at price around seventeen bucks it has to be one of the best bargains going today.

I'm following as I seen this same kit and was contemplating on picking it up. Nice work bench, very neat!

Well, you dropped in just in time then! =D This time around we've had some real good weather for it. You lucked out.
Marc, you were in Dallas in Jan? Talk about coincidence, so was I visiting family. Hope you had some free time to visit the Cavaugugh flight museum or Frontiers of Flight Musuem. Both worth visiting when you are in Dallas
I really like that tubing idea, gonna steal that idea from you when I do mine. :)
Coming along really nicely.
No bucks, no Buck Rogers

Hey Martin, So sorry I missed oyur post. But I took your advise. I DID enjoy the rest of the build.
Oh man, that's one sweet Stearman. You really nailed it. Meanwhile, my unbuilt kits are there in my office, like a silent sentinel, mocking me...

Nicely done! Love those yellow wings. But slow? maybe for you, compared to me you are a supersonic jet.
That's gorgeous! =D Very nicely done. I've been looking forward to putting this one on the bench for a while...now I can't wait.
Thanks for sharing.
Great looking Stearman. I love the paint scheme. I to just finished up mine. It was for the Secret Santa GB. The all Yellow paint with the red bands drove me nuts. I learn a ton with mine.
Keep up the great work.
Kim
