To to my fellow forum members,
Believe it or not, there's still some twenty more or so parts needed to complete the Merlin engines. The other parts are to be installed after they go into the engine mounts of which is a whole affair in itself. So far, I've got them partly weathered and there are a few more things I'd like to do with the Merlins prior to installing them into the engine mounts.
There are twelve steps or three pages full of directions that are very interesting at best. These I will document per each step with the assembly process for whomever can utilize them in the future. Thank you so very much forum members for visiting my Mosquito thread!
Just a FYI, the bottom engine looks more black than the top one does. This is just due to lighting. I'll take better photos later. Please except my apologies on such poor quality photographs.
These are the engine mounts (L&R) for both engines.

Dang Toshi, the engine assembly is very detailed. Its so tempting to want to drill out those exhaust ports and wait for the smoke to come out.
Hopefully, everything fits up when the cowls go on. That is one fine kit.

I hope everything lines up with the cowls.
The color of the exhaust pipes is perfect.
When installing the cowl panels, just remember, fit and measure twice, cut and sand once.
