Thank you mawright20.  I've had trouble downloading anything since the Boeing GB.  You might want to ask another forum member In the Forum Technical Assistance.  Sorry about this issue.

Nice job free-handing that camo.  Following this build has had one negative effect on me, in that I seriously want to acquire this kit.  This despite the fact that I have already built Airfix's huge 1/24 Mossie and I still have Tamiya's and Monogram's 1/48 kits in the stash. And I have no job at the moment.

Still, I'm waiting for Tamiya to release this as a Mk IV glass-nose bomber version.

Thank you Aggeiman.  I really enjoyed free hand camouflage, it's challenging and much more fun.  The other camoflauge I enjoy is Splinter camoflauge.  I just like the look of it.

Yes, I see where you're coming from, this kit is pricey.  There are the other 1/32 kits that are half the price of this model.  Corsair, Zero, Spitfire, and the Mustang.

I did not know you had a monster of an Mossie at 1/24.  Wow!  And you have quite the Mossie collection.  I'm sorry to here that you have no job at the moment, and I hope you find one very soon!

Thank you DasBeav.  Right now it's a thousand and one stencils!  LOL!  Then some touch up, weathering, and sealing up.

"It gives it a real look as if the actual ground crew did that" I could not agree more, I have always done the camo on my RC planes freehand, it makes it look more realistic to me. Excellent job your doing on this build, as you have on others. Dale

Yes, that's the look I try to achieve.  It does make it look realistic to me as well.  Thank you very much for the read and reply!

Nice! Yeah that an unusual amount of parts, but this kit just has uber amounts of detail as you have continually shown us.

Looks like Tamiya decided this kit isn't going to need any AM lol.

Do you think Tamiya kind of got a little carried away with the engineering of this kit?ConfusedBig Smile

Yes, a very huge amount of parts for every area of this kit.  I was shocked at the number of AM items available for this kit..

Everything from PE to resin!

Beautiful paint job on it!

Thank you, one of the highlights to any build is the paint job.  As far as engeering, I IMHO don't feel they went overboard with this kit.  I expect that from a kit of this price caliber.  Thank you sir for your support in my projects.

I was looking at all that too, you can spend a lot of $$$ on this model with all the after market goodies.  But I wonder, do you really need them?  From what I see, this looks like a very well molded kit.  You did a great job Toshi bringing us along with this big build.
