DasBeav

Looks like a nice start! Will be watching your build closely. I spoke too soon about our nice weather, seems like a good day to be indoors and build, Mr Toshi.LightningUmbrellaUmbrellaSad

Thank's DasBeav!  Also thank you for your support.  Yes, today is a indoor day to build.  Next weekend is suppose to be beautiful.  They predict 80 degree weather.  But you know me, I'm still going to stay indoors to build my Mosquito.  LOL!

The following three photos are of the pilots seat.  I've decided to build the seat without the pilot as I'm not capable of painting figures very well.

To my fellow forum members,

So far in my humble opinion, everything has been going right according to the assembly sheet instructions.   Fit and Finnish has been superb, and as long as you follow instructions you're good.

For the extreme experience Modeler, I would think jumping around certain instruction's in the manuals are just fine.

This is a difficult kit to build as it has many pieces that glues together meticulasly.  One wrong move and the whole model starts to fight you.  LOL! That sounds like most of us here including me!  LOL!

The main thing is to thoroughly pay attention, dry fit twice and dry fit again before gluing.  See what the next coming pages are about so you know what direction you're going in.

But most importantly have fun!  And be excited about the build as a whole!

WOW, this kit sounds like a challenge you are accepting to take, at least your beating from what I can see.  After your last kits, the C54 and P38 come to mind, this is just another walk in the part Toshi.

Thank you sir.  I'm trying my best, I just have to go really slow with this kit.  Thank you for always supporting my threads!

Ah, Toshi - What an undertaking, surely one of the more complex kits in history. I see clear signs of your construction skills improvement over the past couple of years, everything looks in perfect alignment and fit when glued. Big advancements for sure, and your finish details look great on as well.

I hope to see many updates along the way, FSM is all the more fun when I get my daily dose of "Toshi Time." Good to see you back.

Yes, it's definately a huge undertaking.  Especially with this particular kit that you so correctly pointed out.  I do enjoy this challenge no matter the issues and or concerns.  Thank you for such kind words, you've always supported my projects and am ever grateful for this!

Dag nabbit Toshi, that kit has a lot of detail.  All that work has to be refining your motor skills and helping you physicially.  Keep it up!

I agree, this is the most detailed kit I've ever seen.  Due to this fact, as you so correctly stated, it is helping me greatly.  Thanks for the visit scottrc and I hope you keep on following as this kit has a lot more to come.
