Here is my three year anniversary build. I didn’t have any issues with the canopy. Although many a Forum members pointed out that the first issued kits molds weren’t compromised.
Forum members were correct in that the statement made in regards to the re-issued kits have had issues with the molds that were compromised due to it‘s age and that I did have the normal fit and finnish problems with the mating of the twin boom and the nacelles.
Overall, I truly enjoyed more than anything else, were my friends conversations on my thread. The build was fantastic but the human touch was the key to a successful build. It was you my friends that made me enjoy building this Black Widow celebration.
Please see below the photos I took this evening. I’ll be taking more photos tomorrow during daylight hours.

When I first joined this forum, as you are well aware, my very first WIP was a Revell P-61 Black Widow. Amoung many other Forum Members that supported my Black Widow build, I recall yours and M.Brindos guiding me closely in my project and welcoming me very warmly into FSM Forums! Thank you.

lawdog114Nice work on a challenging kit Tosh. You made short work of it.
Making this kit as my first introductory WIP three years ago was tough. I must have been out of my mind! lol! Especially since this kit was one of my first WIP. lol! Rebuilding this kit three years later was pure insanity and I should be locked up for this! lol!
No but seriously, I took what I remembered and learned, especially from FSM Forum Members like you through these years and applied this knowledge to this WIP build to the best of my abilities. I must admit, your WIP builds are just amazing and continues to inspire my mind. And I thank you for that!
tempestjohnnyGreat looking build Toshi
