Great job Toshi.  Another trophy for the "Great Wall".  I know all about feeling under the weather.  I feel like I have one foot in the grave most days.  I just try to keep picking away at it and "ingest positivity":  watch a funny video, work on a model, check out others' models.  I think you are doing a fine job.  Chin up, and keep up the great work.

Best to you,

Mark

Thank you so very much mmthrax.  Your kind words are greatly appreciated.  I’m most humbled by your words.  We do “Ingest Positivity“ as much as possible!  Mrs. Toshi and I will be positive.  Once again thank you!

Great job Toshi!

Hope you're on the mend and that "The Great Aircraft Wall" has room for lots more!

Best to you both.

Yes I am!  Mrs. Toshi said if I’m still coughing next week, she’s sending me to the hospital for a stay for a couple of days.  Oh boy, that’ll be fun.  lol!  Thank you so very much for the kind words on my build!  I greatly appreciate your sentiment.

So far the “Great Wall of Toshi” has a lot of space.  So I’m good for now, if it starts to get crowded I’ll donate a few birds at the local VFW.  They would greatly appreciate it!

A little more photos of Mr. Gustav.  The second Gustav was built last year and if everyone remembers it was shown flying in a snow storm in my back yard hanging from a backscrather with very thin nylon fishing line.  The first Gustav was taken from me to be as a bath toy from from the museum of ATM!

Outstanding work Toshi. You should be proud of that Gustav. On another note, I'm glad your medical issues have been rectified. Hang in there bud.

Coming from you, I’m most honored and humbled.  Thank you so very much for your kind words.  As for my walking pneumonia, if I’m moving around and doing things without gasping for air, I should be fine.  Thank you so very much.

Well, I knew how it would come out....Another "Toshi" build, very well done, but you did take longer than usual...a whole month rather than the usual 2 weeks or so, LOL.

Hoping the medical issues get sorted out for you.  Take care my friend, don't push too hard.  The two of you have to try and slow each other down some to let yourselves heal.

Yes, another addition of Toshi builds as you point out.  lol!  Thank you for the kind words. They are much appreciated!  Yes, I actually got very ill for two weeks straight.  Hence my delayed build as seen.

The medical issues will get addressed soon.  Things for this issue will be Definately resolved.  Thank you so very much for your concerns.  Mrs. Toshi and I greatly appreciate it!

This is Mrs. Toshi I’m just getting some finalization of Allan’s (Toshi’s) medical information.  Just in case he needs to go to a hospital and stay there.  For “good I hope” lol!  We are are all a little concerned about his issues.  The main thing is he gets stabilized.  Then he can make more models galore!

All ready for it‘s final touches like the antennae wire.  Notice how I purposely left the engine covers off.  This is to show the details from the 109 engine.  Most if not every time, builds will not allow this feature.  So when I can, I automatically jump like crazy to do this.

Now after the wash, Mr. Gustav is ready for a flat coat.  The flat coat I used is the Model “Master Acrylic Flat Coat”.

Hodakamax

Just my monthly check on you and the wife and the project. The project is looking good as always. Keep up the good work my friend!

Maxie

To Hodakamax,

Thank you for wachting my back as always.  It’s really appreciated, it really is!  You know the red and white on the tail end of the Gustav?  That’s the first time I’ve ever made my stencil and sprayed on it.  I’m very happy of the outcome.  I feared that everything would turn pink!  lol!
