Color of wheel wells and doors for P-51B?

None of those, its alumminum laquer ;)

The B/C models had natural metal wheel bays and gear door interiors. The main spar in the rear of the wheel bay was zinc chromate yellow/green.

I too have asked this question. As was stated, the doors were painted "aluminum lacquer". Too me, Tamiya Aluminum looks really nice as an aluminum lacquer. The wing spar was painted Zinc Chromate Yellow... From my understanding this is the back of the wheel well. The wheel well itself was also alluminum lacquer. If your kit has what looks like metal "patches" on the inside, those can be painted Zinc Chromate Green. It's very confusing, I know, but you've come to the right place!!!

Since I already have it, I'll give the Tamiya Aluminum a shot.
