Hmmmm Canadian CHristmas humor..... You both are a regular Bob and Doug MacKenzie! Take off Eh? What exactly is a hoser? Does it have to do with fighting forest fires?  Do you really put back bacon on the CHristmas Tree?

BTW My calendar sez 20 Dec which makes it only 5 days until Christmas and the The celebration of the most important birthday ever!  Any how I'll leave the preeching to Charlie Brown and Linus who say it much better than I, but I am here  Dec 20th 76 F and sunny nursing my fireant bites where I went out barefoot to take a picture of the sunflower blooming.  Guess nobody told the bugs it was winter.Confused [%-)]

Remember guys... Tidings of great joy!  Anyone else getting pumped up? Thumbs Up [tup]

Santa is mixed up as well!

Disapprove [V]Grumpy [|(]  Darn near frooze my fingers off this morning trying to shovel the driveway and you're sending me pretty pictures of flowers!  Grumpy [|(]

Dave? Feeling a bit Grinchy? Help is on the way!

Isn't it odd I am waiting for the next clue? I have had my gift soaking in goo gone for a week and that infernal tape has shown no signs of loosening!

-25C - wimp.  Presently -27C windchill is -40C.  We are under an Extreme Windchill Warning.  Out shovelling the snow again today and wasn't bad at all.  Laugh [(-D].  Overnight it is going down to -30C with a windchill of -46C.

Not very many sleeps left.

Yea I know John, i've gotten soft since leaving Winterpeg and moving out West!

Hmmm... no report from Drew today?  Must be out with the boys drinking Moose Milk and trying to work up the courage to take off the next layer...  Laugh [(-D]

Not quite Dave - and I wish I could have moose milk right now, but alas not allowed Disapprove [V]

Well I've dug myself out and awaiting the bilzard. It's -8C (low 20's) and expecting winds of 50-60mph with a foot of snow over night and tomorrow. Banged Head [banghead] I do remember the prarie winters I spent in Cold Lake and Moose Jaw. Not fun!

Oh, and I didn't update yet as I have been at my son's hocket tournament all day. Now that I'm home, let's see how ugly this thing is:

Hmmm... not a very informative clue!  Man, I'm glad I don't have to look at that thing everyday for the next four days. Smile,Wink, & Grin [swg]

We had about a foot of snow Thursday night, and 6-8 more inches due tonight.  Supposed to get REALLY cold overnight too, and winds in the 35-50 mph range.  Sounds like a blizzard! Shock [:O]

Even though I'm not in this build, I look forward to the next clue as well.  I'm guessing it's something Soviet or 1930's French AF.

I've been wishing for snow. Seems you guys are hogging it all! Give it up, will ya? All we got is ice that tore down all the power lines and trees.

Drew. What can I say? Poor fella.

I think we ought to gang up on Jon and make sure Drew gets this years santa as his santaee next year! Seems fair.Smile,Wink, & Grin [swg]

Hmmmm. I wonder who would do better at getting even. Drew himself or some other evil villan who's chomping at the bit for shot at the evil santa? Once we all know who he is there is bound to be a meeting of the minds to determine his fate. I wonder if he'll chicken out of next years SSGBIV?

 That was an Ugly clue.......

My lizards were out today!  Hey is anyone here from Austrailia? Is it true the seasons are reversed down under? So December would seem more like July?  Very odd. Hurts my head to think stop it!

You all be safe in that fowl weather! Especially traveling!

Wow just seems like last week you posted all those beautiful fall colors!  Minus the high winds and ice storm I would really enjoy a night time walk there. There is just something about the quiet stillness of a white winter night.  Then Spring is appreciated all the more.  Other than the longer days It is a big diff here. Just goes from hot to Really hot!  O'course there are Alligators here too and Giant freaky bugs! I saw some fellow mowing his yaed today. No kidding,

WOOHOO!  Almost there! Tongue [:P]

Mac- LOTS of snow last night, and the temps plummeted.  15 below zero with a wind chill of 38 below zero.  Charlene really didn't want to go outside this morning. Sigh [sigh]

Ugly.  His SS says it UGLY.  Ugly is only in the eye of the beholder.

Whats the chance (I bet it could be), that once the final strip-o-package pretty wrapper is removed, Drew will find a beautiful, sleek, mean fighting machine. To drool over Tongue [:P].

Well another cold day here.  Presently -33C with a wind of 13 km/hr.  Feels like -44C.  Love to send you the pictures of a pretty coloured flower, but they have all gone to bed under a nice white fluffy blanket of snow until spring.

Oh well, I sit back in my big comfy chair and dream of wonderful SS package, oh, sorry, I mean nightmares of Drew's next clue.  Shock [:O]

Brrrrr Frank! Tell me about it! I left my windows open last night and woke up Freezing!  It's like 67 degrees in my room!  Tongue [:P]  Had to put on pants an everything.

Wind is breezy better check the weather could have one of those days when it goes from 80 to 4 inches of snow again!  Charlene is a smart one! Poor thing! My dog shakes and shivers if it gets under 45.

I still say there is much to be said about the white Christmas. A good cup of Hot Chocolate with some good company huddled by the heater. Also fighting over  the covers has much more meaning and intensity. Big Smile [:D]

EDIT I was wrong about  the temp! Dropped down to about 47 windows were all open so the heat came on and I thought it was 67. Dunce [D)]

Boy I'm glad you clarified that, Aaron. Was beginnin' ta wonder if'n there's too much rum in... oops wrong forum!

When I was living in that fair city just south ta here, it was a good steady 61 year round. Like Mark twain said, "the coldest winter was a summer I spent in San Francisco".

I hope not! Last I checked it was two days and some change.

I actually forgot about the mysterious package in the closet for a while but now I hear it calling to be opened. So hard not to. It will definitely be the first thing opened on the 25th.

My Santaee better be ready for a build that is out of the ordinary. I was toying around with the 1930s Portugese five-engined flying boat bit but decided on this instead. WWI era doghouse anyone?

No fancy with it, just the SSGB3 badge.

See you all tomorrow Propeller [8-]

And incase you've been wondering - I was the one who re-aranged your stash's so the better half would take notice Mischief [:-,]

T-Minus 2 and counting. It's so close now that I took my gift out of my stash closet and put it under the tree. I did not want it taunting me every day. Now that it's 2 days to go figure I can handle it.

Only a day and a half for me! My family tradionally has gift unwrapping on Christmas eve. I will probably get around to posting pictures on Christmas though.

We are doing the Christmas eve thing too. Problem is we are supposed to get nasty weather tonight and tomorrow and I have to drive three hours each way. I may cancel as I'm not willing to risk getting stuck or stranded with my son out in the middle of nowhere.

I'll still open the SSGB gift and post pics though:)
