Dont tell anyone but so am I. They look pretty similar to me.

Great photos Aaron. Get off the naughty chair and come and sit with the others. Does anyone know if they make a model of that CANT seaplane. Shes a honey.

Steve Love the blue wonder. That would seriously have pride of place in my house. Also great period pic. You dont win a prize as you grassed Aaron up. No more telling tales, or youll have to dress as Ms Loren for the duration of the build.

Yep, both Sophia.

Can anybody tell me what is the difference between the Macchi 202 and 205 or for that matter the 2005. Looking at them I cant tell much. Is it along the lines of the difference with the Me 109 F, G, K kinda thing. Im a totall rookie with Italian aircraft.

He He He... Aren'tthose both Sophia Loren?

I have found some decals I got back when they were on Sale!

Did a little work so Guy doesn't think me a slacker.  They call me a stepper at work whatever that means? Must step in it or something?  Gotta get me one of those Texas Dictonaries!

Here are a few. Probably safe to say I am building one of these!  If anyone needs better pics or would like the info on a particular AC here please let me know and I will produce! I have already reproduced! 4 times!  We don't die we multiply!!!!!!

Hmmm take you seriously? Hmmm sound like we are married? Kisses [:X]

Thanks, I like the way it has the big sweeping colors.  Plus I don't think I have seen anyone do that scheme.

Guy, here's one I would like to do (#2) if I can find it.  The camo is simple but it has this look that I have never seen, very cool.

Alright now, seriously. This is the only Italian bird I have ever built and it was in my stash forever and one day my daughter picked it out for herself and her own paint scheme.

I kinda like it.

So now we have to do homework, this is a tough GB. What in the world will be next, learn Italian?

Wyoroy, if it were me id go for something not on the list yey, maybe Italieris Pipistrell

http://www.century-of-flight.net/Aviation%20history/photo_albums/timeline/ww2/Savoia%20Marchetti.htm

I built the SM 79 recently and fancy the Pipi to add to the collection as well. Go for it. Great camo schemes on the bird.

Anything goes.  Fighters 1/48 & bombers 1/72.  I have no Regia Aeronautica aircraft past or present in my stash.  I do want to try the camo schemes they have, very cool.

Guy, I've seen your shamless plugs everywhere.  I may just have to join your buildWink [;)]  Could you recommend a kit?  1/48 and 1/72, fighters or larger.

Well, I wondered why I was having such a hard time walking around the house. I have a guy hanging on both arms and one on a leg!

Alright then. Lest I have people show up at my door with rolls of Tamiya tape and cans of spray bomb primer. BUt I gotta let you know I have nothing in the stash and will have to do some shopping.

PUt me in for something, I'll let you know when I find out what.

Sean, I have those two exact same kits in my collection too.  Except I have multi-lingual instructions that include english Big Smile [:D].  One of the kits has a damaged canopy and is missing a wheel (might have to do it wheels up).  I didn't realize the tires were rubber until you mentioned it so I had to go and check.  I've built one other Supermodel kit, the Bv 138, but that was 20+ years ago so my memory of the actual build is quit sparse.

I think Aaron confused you with me during his drug induced dilerium.  I also have a 1/32 Maachi 21st Century kit.  I'll probably jump in at some point on this GB but I'm not sure what I'll do yet.  I'm waiting for the Secret Santa Gb and the In My Stash GB to reveal what else I'll be building next year before commiting.  Big Smile [:D]

Thanks Guy, These may me quite a challenge as the instructions are all in Italian...Go Figure Whistling [:-^] Not a clue, other then they have dry transfer decals and the tiny'est rubber tires I have ever seen.

Ha ha yep someone had to do it.. 1/32 - 1/72  I can only think you are referring  to that 7 letter Profane word that begins with a C perhaps ?   Actually I build more 1/72 & 1/48 - the Real Estate hogs are the oddballs. Aaron I believe these kits to be at least 20 + years old. The price tags read $1.50..
