Gentleman,
I've opened the I-400, looks like a nice kit. I will build this OOB, it already comes with some PE. And the kit come with 6 Seiran aircraft! Here are some pictures of the goodies:
And the Seiran's:
And for kicks, a size comparison with a 1/350 1943 Gato class, and a IX-C U-boat:
It's a big sub! I haven't pulled a LA class sub out yet, but, I would guess this I-400 has about 50 feet on the modern LA class.
This is all I have for tonight. Thanks for looking!
Bruce
On the bench: 1/48 Eduard MiG-21MF
1/35 Takom Merkava Mk.I
Bsyamato: She is looking great! I am with Bruce, that canopy framing looks perfect!
Bruce: Looks like a nice kit there. I'd heard how big these subs were but compared with the Gato and U-Boat there- wow!

Here's a link to a short video on the World of Warships game site I thought was pretty darn cool...

Thanks Gam,
I saw that the other day (my other hobby is WoWs much to the shgrin of my wife). It's very touching.
Steve
Building a kit from your stash is like cutting a head off a Hydra, two more take it's place.

Cool Steve, I played World of Tanks for a year or so and looked at this one a few times but I've got piles of games on Steam and Gog, last thing I need is to get into another.
But yes it is cool and very touching.

My fingers aren’t fast enough for WoT. I would be seal clubbed all over the place. I stood a chance in WoWs, now I'm pretty good at it and do the clubbing myself on occasion.
Newbies gotta learn somehow. Hey, destroyers launch torpedoes!
Hey guys, that's cool about the WoWs game, been playing that for a while. One of my favourites is the little IJN Hosho carrier, but sunk my teeth into the game playing a lot on the CL Tenryu.
regards,
Jack
I totally stink at CV's. The Atago and Japanese DD's are my ride of choice.
So it's taken me 10 months to do anything on this plane. I opened up the box, didn't realize I had a resin cockpit kit for it. Woo hoo! hopefully there will be a Japanese VI
On the Bench: 1/72 Ki-67, 1/48 T-38
1/144 AC-130, 1/72 AV-8A Harrier
That looks pretty darn nice! And yeah seems like there's enough interest that VI is pretty much locked in
hogfanfs Bsyamato, Your Peggy is looking great! The masking on the front turned out fantasic! Is that 1/48 scale?

Another beautiful model Bsyamato! I love the first photo, very dramatic.
Get you posted soon as I get a chance.
You can start the Jake now or wait till the next GB if you want.
Bsyamato, those are some great outdoor shots, lending a good dose of realism. A lovely build that one, congrats!

Anyone see what Master Box has planned for future release? Definitely not military themed:
I was going to say something, but I better not.
modelcrazy I was going to say something, but I better not.
lol!
Honestly, I'd rather have MB stick with modern military. If they want to try something different, I't would of been good to see another historical time period.
Oh my gosh, thanks for the head's up there Jack.... they're interesting......
Yeah, I've been hoping for some Asian civilian figures but not sure how I'd use those...
Thanks for comments guys :)

Bsyamato: Just posted Peggy to the front page. Sorry it took me awhile, things are a little crazy at work, and PhotoBucket was acting funny. Anyway you're up!
Thanke Cliff :) no problem.
Actually workong hard on lots of kits!! i hope soon back with the Jake
Hi Cliff,
I'd like to change my entry please. Instead of the FW 190, I'm going through a figure painting binge so I would like to change it to one of these guys please.
I'm going to do the officer who is in the foreground of the box art.
I've got all of the parts off the sprue and joined the legs.
Regards
Tony
