Here's where the wing snaps into place and then you screw in a machine screw into the nut.  For good measure, I took some Tamiya Extra Thin Cement and went around the wings and fueselauge for good measure and insurance.

You probably won't find that one on line as i took it and have not posted it before. I did just find some but you have to google BBMF Spitfire not on some where. Its belongs to the BBMF and this was a few years ago, 2011 i think, its changed scheme since then.

LOL, give it a few weeks and you will now. I took some pictures of the Packard Merlin engine at our local museum, posted them on here and a few weeks later Googled Packard Merlin images and guess what I saw? Almost every picture I had taken and posted LOL.

It’s cool when you look for an image of something and bang! That looks familiar! Oh boy that’s my build! Or when you looking at images on Pintrest and hey! That’s my ship!

Thank you so very much!  Justinryan215.  You're too kind with your words.  This is how the kit was engineered.  Each and every step is a kit in itself.  Thank you so much for following my build.  I greatly appreciate it!

That looks good!  I can't wait to see that thing all decaled and weathered up!

I hate these group builds...they always...ALWAYS...make me want to build the same things displayed so expertly in those group builds!

I have done a bit more construction on the Möhne Dam, but Flickr is being a *** right now, and won't let me share....lol so, pics to come...

Toshi, i know this is a larger scale, but that is still some seriously impressive work there. All that kit in the cockpit loks just outstanding. You have really done yourself proud with this one.

But of course now you have set the bar this high, you know what that means Wink

Alright...I'll have at least one photo!

I got some base coat on the water and trimmed down the top edge of the dam .  I also began carving the sluice gates visible on the Möhne dam. ...

Justin, your dam shall be fun to watch. I have no idea where you are going and am eager to learn.

Toshi, I want to jump in the backseat and play with those radios.

Greg,  it's not to scale, and it's only a short section of it, but I am aiming for a good representation of the Möhne dam in the Ruhr valley, as a bit of research showed that most of the other dams were pretty nondistinct in their design, and, as a plus, the Möhne was actually breached during the raid, known as Operation Chastise.

Here is where I got by the end of this evening....

The field of blue green and brown is the base coat for what will eventually be the reservoir. ...
