Scott, it is the G-6, is it alright if I combine this one with the BF-109 GB?  I hope to start as soon as my Spitfire is off the bench, maybe in a couple weeks.

You betcha!  Just as long as you're building one from an Axis ace you're good to go amigo.  Cool [8D]

Bob, thanks, I've been lurking here and there lately and not getting much done but with several GBs having year long/extended time lines, I think I can do that.  Also 1:72 builds are pretty fast for me, if you call 2 months fast...Laugh [(-D]

Thanks Scott,

That is the 1/48 Hasegawa kit.  My 1/32 Hasegawa G-6 is still on the shelf...screaming at me to build.  Oh well...I'll get to it soon.

I shot you a PM.  Hopefully we can get together.  You know I'm always up for a trip to the hobby shop! Smile [:)]

Aloha,

Chris

Oh man, I'm going to be out in the field most of the day on Thursday to support the roll out of a new wireless tablet PC for our Casino Services techs.  If you're interested, we could try to hook up for a few minutes at High Sierra Models in the late afternoon.  Big Smile [:D]

Your 109 is coming right along.  Is that the 1/48 or 1/32 kit?  I'm slowly working on mine, I had to put it off to the side for a bit while I finish up some more pressing projects.

Hi Jay, I updated your entry on the roster, glad you're with us!  Is that a G-6, G-10 or G-14?

Scott-thanks for the extension.  Although I'm about 80% done, I'm in the middle of a new job, home improvement projects, middle school basketball and a couple of good books.  That and I've got the Eduard FW-190A5 due in soon......maybe two builds for this one.....nah...probably should save it for later.  The Panzer Aces GB keeps calling my name.....

Jay-Welcome back!

Thanks for the update Drew, looking forward to the pics.  Progress has been slow here, been busy with lots of other things.  We're getting ready to head out to BJ's Brewery to celebrate my birthday (and my brother's.... his was yesterday).  Dinner [dinner] Make a Toast [#toast]

It's been slow modeling wise here. Did get the camo finished and motteling done. I got a gloss coat on and will be masking for the ID band and empanage stipes tomorrow. May even get a base white down too. I'll get pics soon as I can. Later all
