Rob, that is a beautiful airplane! Nice paint job, looks really smooth! As for the decals, you did real well with them. I've found that ICM's decals are turds. You must have a gentle touch to get them to work as well as you did!

Ed, What kind of camera are you using? Is there a "Macro" feature? The symbol for macro is a flower. Also, perhaps you could try holding the button halfway down so it can focus on the model then push it all the way!

Marc, fantastic! That thing looks fast just sitting there! I like the paint fading you did... very subtle but you know it's there. I'm not sure of a source for rod though.

This is a Polaroid PDC 3070 I do not see a "flower" symbol anywhere on it or, even in the manual I have for it. I've been using the viewfinder as well as the digi screen. Someone else had suggested holding the shutter button down half way and so have been trying that too.

It'll have to wait until I can get new batteries thoughSigh [sigh] Dang thing eats Batteries like crazy!!Banged Head [banghead] I pulled out my trusty back up & took some pics of the interior but, gotta wait until I get the film developed before I can post. I've since sealed up the fuselage on my birdBow [bow] Now it's onto the next stepTongue [:P]

Great job on that bird Marc!! I s'pose you'll be doin' Civillian A/C from now on huhWink [;)]

I've added the lower wing and painted the exhaust, futured the clear parts, assembled the paper fuel tanks and am now stuck as to how to proceed once I attach the upper wing surfaces. I'll rack my brain for a little while, not like Jon's gonna catch up any time soon... Anyone else see the turtle pass him an hour ago? How 'bout that 2nd snail last night?! or could that have been the 1st one comin' back around for another looksey?Whistling [:-^]

Lookin' sharp there gsV!!  Yeah, I realize I'll need to invest in a recharging system & rechargable batteries. Hopefully soon. As for photo editing, I have nothing on this ol' Mac but, am looking around tho. Anything I can download for free?

Well, I FINALLY got started on my P-51A (thanks once again to my S.S., Flippersdad!) This is about 2 hours work so far, painting and first wash of the front office and wheel wells.  Still need to dry brush with silver before I start assembling.  This is a great kit, I have several different Acc Min kits in the stash, but this is my first build from them, and I am impressed!  More prog pics will follow!
