I love it kenny!  I don't know what it is... but I really like BIG models!  Now I'm going to have to go look at how much that big boy cost at squadron!  Smile [:)]  I was just thinking of the 2 big boats being built. Razors snowberry and your enterprize... what i was thinking is if the snowberry was in 1/350 like the enterprize.  Would it be about 3 maybe 4 inches long parked next to the enterprise?  Really looking forward to seeing you finish that out.  And hey!  If your wife doesn't want it around, you could moor her at my house.  Yeah, I may be a bit of a land luber Pirate [oX)] hear in the heart of texas but i think i could make room for her at my pier!

Hey Kenny, I was thinking you were doing Cv-6 not 65!  Shock [:O]Shock [:O]Shock [:O]  That's huge!  You and I are going to have to discuss strategy of how to deal with the wife and where to put them when they are done? Laugh [(-D]  All that talk about fish on the last page did give me one idea.  I could float it in my sons fish tank! Clown [:o)]  (but then I'd have to deal with scraping the barnicles off once a year Disapprove [V])

thanks boyd he is a bit of a fireball but loves to watch and help me build already.

i think there are 32,000,000 parts lol not really sure how many parts in total but there is alot of plastic with this kit and it is going take a little bit of time to put her together

and the finished product is going to go on top of my computer desk but it will hang over a little bit on each side

HOLY Censored [censored], Kenny!!!  That thing is HUGE.  You know I don't really know much about that kit, since it has been awhile since I have done any ships.  How many parts does that sucker have?  And where, exactly, do you expect to put it when it is done???

P.S.  Cute Prince.  I bet he is a ball of fire, eh?

Yeah, with some of the monster builds you guys have to take on, I don't feel so bad about not being able to start yet.  By comparison, my kit is an itsy-bitsy baby kit...

Do models of ships and subs need to kept from fish as well?

Of the 3 things I voted for myself, the closest came 5th in the vote list.

Wonder what that means?

I really didn't have a first choice, was just ready to build something. Yet here I sit on the computer talking instead of building the model that was voted for me. Oh, well, I have to keep up with the posts and there is always tomorrow.Big Smile [:D]

Dan,

I know that the results of the overall voting are there.  I am just curious about individuals.  For example, what model are you building?  And which of your models was your first choice when you voted?  Is what you wanted to build and what the group picked the same?  That is what I am curious about.  I am hoping IL2 still has the results of the voting from each of us and I am also hoping he has the time to look through and satisfy my curiosity Wink [;)].  Of course, he may prefer to spend that time building a model...  guess I couldn't hold that against him Headphones [{(-_-)}]

Dan-  unfortunately... I live in suburbia, the next house i hope will not be visible to the passer-by.  Hoping to find/build someplace buried in the woods.

Razor - don't get discouraged.  I built the snowberry in about 6 months (loved every minute)  I can however... be very diligent in building.  I have a wife that does not mind at all when i disappear for hours at a time into my loft.  Took me 2 times but I seemed to have found the right wife. Dan, well all I can say is it's a good thing we are thinking of having this build be an annual event.  I'll just continue on into next year! Big Smile [:D]
