Up to 13 voters in now! And there's a near 3-way tie going on! Looks like I may have to build 3 kits, huh? Mischief [:-,]

What's suprising is the number of us who currently have tie votes.  I recall having a few of those last year, but nothing like what we're seeing now.  Hopefully the remaining voters will break those ties up, inadevertently of course.  Big Smile [:D]

Right collection of votes for the last 5 people to look at my stash could yield a FOUR way tie...yowza! I'm going to have to get my building gloves ready...Smile,Wink, & Grin [swg]

Everyone going to be done voting today?

Tie-Breaker Tony reporting in. I have been working 16hr shifts and have not had a chance to vote. That will be remedied this afternoon when I get off work.

It's nice to know that all of you have voted for me to build my entire stash with the super-secret hidden where only IL can find it button.Smile,Wink, & Grin [swg]

IL2, did you design the voting page yourself?

Hardly the case.  I rent server space at FluidHosting.com.
Really great service.  It's like having a photobucket site, except
you can host all types of files, including web files and forum pages.
They have a control panel webpage, and I literally just had to go
to the control panel, push a single button, and the entire forum
(aka, the vote system) was built.  The only work I had to do was
some minor configuring of said forums, then type in the stash lists.
Well worth it.  I'm looking forward to watching everyone's builds. Smile [:)]

Dupes, you are going to drive yourself into the looney farm! Dead [xx(] Keep in mind some of us may be out traveling for the holidays so it's possible the votes won't be in till the deadline.  You might want to go pick up a hobby, uh, er, other hobby to pass the time waiting for this one. Ok, maybe I'm missing something....

I've paged through everyone's lists just to see how the voting is progressing.  I've noticed something odd.  It appears that 15 out of 19 of us have voted.  But....paging through there are lists with less than 15 voters logged.  Huh?  Is that a lag in the site or are people missing lists when voting?

IL, am I missing something....?

arki,

I think I might be part of that problem.  Well, at least for Tony.  When I tried to vote for his stash, I inadvertantly hit the "Submit" button twice.  The voting page locked me out of his stash and would not let me re-do the votes - so he is at least 1 vote short (sorry Tony...Sad [:(])

IL2,

I meant to tell you last night when I finished voting, like everyone else I think your voting system was great.  Thanks for setting it up!

Really exciting to look at how the votes are cast, and it will be very interesting to see how the last four will vote. I know for sure that some have caught that strange boatname disease Smile [:)] I also noticed that some only got 14 voters.

Boyd, actually I think you're fine with Tony's list.  A current snapshot of the lists show 15 voters have been logged for Tony, which is the current max number of voters it appears.

It becomes odd starting with Razordws.  He has only 13 voters logged, and everyone else below him on the group list is at 14 voters logged.

So either I'm perusing as someone is in the process of voting (unlikely as I've checked over time), the site is lagging in logging votes, or voters have missed lists.

I voted but didn't find the ss button.

Great job on the vote system, really outstanding!!!

This was a fun way to vote, with the polls updated automatically. I think IL should let everyone vote for my stash again but only for what they haven't voted for yet. And then do it again and again and again and againWhistling [:-^]

You're totally right...I had to leave the computer for a couple of hours. Heh. Went and hung out in my stash closet for a while to peruse the 3 kits tied for the lead, the fired a bit of paint onto one of my builds for War In The Desert. I feel MUCH better now!

Hey, up to 17! Only 2 left to vote on mine! Is everyone else that high? Or are there still voting issues?

I have just finished voting. I have 16 votes in (mine included) and have 5 kits on 5 or 6 votes. This one will come down to the last vote I fear!

IL2, thanks for a great voting system!

If you are refering to me I did indeed vote for myself.  It's possible someone missed my list.

Paul - just looked at your list a couple of minutes after you...I show 17 voters accounted for? Maybe it's just not refreshing the count very fast?

EDIT - on Razor's count I AM only seeing 16 votes in.

Agreed, except my count is now 17.  It must be those who were noodling on the decision.  Cool, we're getting very close.  And for some of us these last couple of votes will make the difference.

Dupes, I noticed that. It was 16 when i wrote my last post and  17 by the time I had finished it. Go figure! Still no clear winner yet though.
