this is only my second group build but i always thought the same thing

i mean there are alot of people that have 4-5-6 models started and don't finish them for a couple of yrs they should be re-classified as not in a group build but in a group coma

Hi guys,

It's night time so I'm on! Eyes are getting better by the day now. I came up with a better size Badge and another style to choose from. Tigerman let me know what you think.

Thank you

Boy, tough choice now Steve. I like the second one, but think it should have a border frame around it. It has everything we need and brings out the subject perfectly.

Oh man! Those two little words "FREE KITS" Oh man! I'm getting goose bumps! Tongue [:P]......... to me it would be like " You are hereby sentenced to die by lethal injection!.........ha just kidding you're free to go!" or "We found a spot on your X-ray...... oh I'm sorry it was my thumb print.......my bad!" Don't ever, ever use those two words together, next to each other unless you absolutely mean it!Tongue [:P]Tongue [:P]

When I'm all done, how do I post a photo? I don't see any options to do this on this text editor.

You need a host for your pictures.  www.photobucket.com offers free hosting. You just need to add . Actually they already do that in the bottom photobucket picture. Copy and paste it into your thread.

Argh, it wouldn't let me edit my last post. You need the URL with the [img] at the beginning and end.

My kits are all scrubbed, cleaned and dried!  All I need is to apply some glue, attach parts and paint with lots of OD, and WALLAH! here comes the complete kits!  This weekend will be a great time to build since NE is going to get lots of rain during next few days.  On top of M24, I'll be also building M109A6 Paladins (2 of them) and not going to do any fancy additions to these kits.  Will try to post up some pictures as I go along.

Have a wonderful labor day weekend folks!

Same here M1....rain all weekend in Minnesota....so plenty of time to work... I've gotten some 3D drawings of the HUMRAAM as well as the AMRAAM spec sheet so I'll be scratchbuilding the 4 RIM-120s and the launch system on the bed of the HMMWV, but the sprues... the sprues are calling...

All ready here aswell, even put a new blade in my trusty Swann Morton Shock [:O]

We've had rain here in the UK since the begining of August,ah you have to love the British summer as it gives you plenty of time to build models.

Count me in.  I've got a Hetzer Italeri kit that I was planning to build soon.  So this would be a good time to start.  This will be my first Group Build.

Thanks,

Larry

Ygmodeler, you have way more stamina than I. Unfortunately I work tomorrow. However, when I get home, the lid comes off the box and the glue. About time!

Anybody have any good camo refs for the Marder III H? I'm just not finding anything suitable.

Matt, those kits look tempting. Hands off!

Here's my kit. Not much to it. I might be able to get her done. I'm worried about the decals. They are old. I might be able to use some Archer transfers for the crosses. The tracks are Tamiya's. I may steal the MG out of the Marder III kit too. Otherwise verrrryyyy OOTB.

Bah, almost got away with it... just kidding, I spent the evening trying to figure out the dimensions to scratchbuild my 5 AMRAAMs for the Hummer... A 7" diameter in 1/35 scale is 0.2"... should be real fun.... same with the launcher base, etc... at least the kit came with the doors, but I'll be adding a scratchbuilt roof for the cab, and some antenna, etc...
