Nicely done all around Rick, the fact that it's in 1/48 just adds to the quality of the finish. Thumbs Up [tup] Thumbs Up [tup]

Awesome work just awesome!  I replied to your in progress thread and your work is very inspiring.  I love the STug IV and you have done a fantastic job.  I forgot to ask, where do you purchase your Hauler products?  Direct from the maufacturer or online shop?

Cheers

Beautiful build, really cool subject to. The tracks and muffler look amazing and the hand painted red star looks better then a decal!

Rob, I ordered the conversion through Track 48:

though others also carry the Hauler line.

Everyone, thanks very much for the very kind responses, I very much appreciate them.

Doog, no MIG Filters on this build at all!  Lately I have been experimenting with acrylic filters.

Rick

That is a fantastic build. I normally build 1:72 armour, but have purchased a number of 1:48 kits recently to try at some stage.

Cheers

Mike, it's a fun scale!  Just big enough that you can transfer the 35th techniques over...with some slight modifications.  I would imagine after 72nd these would seem very large - and easy!?!?

Matter of fact, I'm awaiting the new Tamiya Marder III to arrive.

Thanks,

Rick
