SUBJECT: WW2 BMW R75 with Waffen SS Sturmmann, Motorized Recon Corps 1944  
SCALE: 1/24
MANUFACTURER: Custom private seller (China)
COMPOSITE: 100% resin kit
PAINTS: Tamiya, MIG, Vallejo, Testors MM, Chalks, Pastels, Watercolors

REFERENCES:

- BMW Motorcycle Museum
- BMW R75 Wikipedia
- German Uniforms of WW2
- German WW2 Soldier Equipment
- Numerous Google Searches

MODIFICATIONS:

- scratch built hard pannier (left saddlebag)
- all cables and some wiring added
- shifting linkage added
- corrected intake tubes to carburetors
- added transfer case lever
- added drive shaft bushing (seal) at engine
- added fuel tank details (choke lever, filter nut)
- added missing right front fender brace
- added belt buckle detail (PE)
- added medal on left *** pocket
- added custom decals on uniform, weapons, and gear
- added custom decals for speedometer and fender stencils
- added custom wood base sealed in light oak poly

PRO's:

- modeling subject and pose
- crisp and clean molds details
- many details molded into one part
- fit of most parts

CON's:

- many, many 3D print feed lines attached to molds
- no instructions
- no painting guides
- little or no guide / alignment pins
- no decals for motorcycle or rider
- errors in engine intake
- warping of some parts
- some smaller pieces broken (missing) off main part

Not only is the bike and rider fantastic but I'll agree with TigerII that the groundwork also looks exceptional!
