LOOKING FOR MONOGRAM GERMAN FIGURES
Posted by rdmeyersr on Saturday, July 20, 2024 10:42 AM

Does anyone have any monogram 1/32 Germans they are not using and might be willing to part with? Looking for armor series figures.

You could also try to find Airfix 1/32 "multipose" figures.  They might be more easily found and are pretty nice.

Are you looking for the plastic ones that came with the tank kits or the white metal individual figures?

I'm looking for the crew of the brumbar, flakpanzers, jagdpanzer and the panzerspahwagen.

Here's a current eBay auction for some of the crew figures.

In this one:

it's the tank commander and driver that were in every kit, and someone has had a go at swapping heads to modify them.

From your latest reply, it sounds like you're looking for the one-offs, though-the Landser standing, rifle butt on the ground; the commander with the peaked cap; the crewman with the rangefinder; and the Afrika Korps figures.

Your thread reminds me of when I was a kid of about 9 or 10, and I wrote a letter to Monogram to suggest that they make a set of German figures to go with their armor kits.  I typed it and everything.  I got a nice letter back from them, thanking me for my suggestion.  Of course, they probably got a lot of letters like that from customers of all ages.  But it was kind of neat.
