Rotfl... those are great! Love 'em but hope you don't give up your aircraft for nothing but Gundams though! Wink

ROTFL... That's awesome!!!

Though before trashing the Bf-109 you should have painted the Gundam in Captain America's colours... Wink

DAMN IT, FERMIS! I could've SAVED that German fighter for you! What was it - a Stuka? I sincerely hope that you didn't really trash it. Um at first when I clicked on this thread I thought that it was something that I posted last night while "sleep posting". It went to almost the bottom of the page, and it kept scrolling as it always does now, so I couldn't see who posted this thread until it stopped (finally), and I saw the build. Very cute! Um, the paint brush in the end of the barrel is a nice touch too. I did this before for the same reason since it looked the part I figured "What the Hell?" - right?! Any way this brought a smile to my face, and yes - I did laugh at the part where he picked up the plane and tore it apart until I saw the fire and the trash can.

You lured me in with the Jesta, but that was hilarious!

So simple it builds and photographs itself? LOL

Nice work and as much as I love your aircraft this is a really cool diversion. I picked up a few Gundam kits after buying the DVD of 'Pacific Rim' but still haven't started on them.

Hey Fermis! I am working on my first gundam also. I am putting mine together while on lunch break at work, so no pics. These are nice little kits and you can do a lot with them, as you have already found out. Looking forward to your dio, it already has a good start to it.

...for me anyway! Needed a change of pace, and something to try out some new techniques on.

Not really sure if this is the best place for this...it'll kinda fit in figures and/or dioramas too.

Anyway...

Spent about an hour in the garage, making the base for this.

I got to the point of having the upper torso built, then just kicked back and watched it go on from there!
