Airfix will be releasing a Trafalgar class sub early next year. An example was seen tucked in between three Illustrious kits, at SMW, Teleford.

Austro-Hungarian and Italian battleships, pre-dreadnouhts. S.M.S. Zrinyi, Erzherzog class, Habsburg class. Cruisers like Zenta, Novara, Tatra class destroyers etc. Dante Alighieri, Regina Elena...
WW1 era ships of the Kaiserliche Marine, RN and USN.
Trumpeter started a line in 1/350 with the Lord Nelsons and Dantons, would be nice to expand.
First on my dream list is I'd like to see a 1/350 USS America, especially in her early to mid-1970s configuration for her Med. cruise. How about 1/350 Destroyer Escorts like the Samuel B. Roberts, and a WWII minesweeper. I know that 1/350 isn't the usual scale for large sailing ships but I'd like to see a newly tooled large scale HMS Victory, USS Kearsage, CSS Alabama, and Sir Francis Drake's ship the Golden Hind.

In the case of a DE, there's the Trumpeter USS England in 1/350. She's a Buckley, not a Butler like the SBR, but they are pretty close.
Its a sweet little kit, highly recommended.

Modeling is an excuse to buy books.
Thanks for the suggestion Bill. I've been looking at that exact kit but I didn't know the differences between the Buckley and Butler classes. I've always had a fondness for the "Tin Cans" of WWII.
What about:
the original CVN Enterprise with the Beehive island.
Grest Lakes carrier like the Wolverine
A double deck IJN carrier
The RN's new class of aircraft carriers HMS Queen Elizabeth & HMS Prince of Wales, and a relaunch of the Airfix Invincible class. No idea where I'd put them...
Vell, Zaphod's just zis guy, you know?

I would love to see a 1/350 HMS Rodney.
Marcus
I'd like to see a Colorado class BB, ideally a USS West Virginia.
Now US cruisers:
1/350 USS Salt Lake City
1/350 Baltimore Class
1/350 Atlanta Class
I know they have these in Resin, but, I rather see these in plastic.
And a Gulf War era USS Midway flattop.
I'm glad Very Fire has a couple Cleveland class cruisers now, just need to convince the wife why I need one...

I'd like to see some "Gator Freighters" AKA LPH's, LHA's, LSD's and especially AUSTIN CLASS LPD's {specifically USS Juneau, LPD 10}!!!

Hi,TJS!
The Buckley and Butlers are not easily identified by novices. They are that close! But the Kit Bill speaks of is a little sweetheart! I overdid the Sea Blue so she is to dark. She's small so I won't try a repaint. I did even go to the effort to add the stokes stretchers on her deckhouse bulkheads. They were all of 3/4" long when done.
Try to find REVELL'S larger scale one. It came around just after the " Enemy Below Movie." It was based on the one in the movie. Nicer detail because of size and only the second ship they did like that. The " Forrest Sherman" D.D. being the other.
Either one can be corrected for authenticity as well. OOPS! I forgot one in the larger ships-The U.S.S. Buchanon of St-Nazaire Fame. The Brits used a four piper(original Issue Model) to represent what the ship had been changed to for the Drydock ramming! They got it wrong at REVELL. The Brits made her look similar to German Torpedo boat Destroyers around at the time to get close enough.

The Illustrious kit has been released 3 times, but it is hard to find at the minute, a re-release would help that and stop the silly prices. I was glad when they re-released the Type 45 kit last year. I have the same thought about the QE class ships as well, i'd like one but where do i put it. It would not surprise me if Airfix are working on it.
I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so

I'll have to look, but think I have two of the Illustrious kit I got when our club sold a member's stash he left for the benefit of the club.
Both were started when I got them, but not very far along, might need some cleanup, saw some glue marks..
If I've got them, I can send both to one of you, and let you sort out how to get one to the other. Look complete, but can't promise anything.
Edit...looked today and do have two of her.
I'd also like to see a USS Bennington CVA-20 after she received her angled deck, though I'd prefer it in 1/200, as well as a 1/200 USS Juneau, LPD-10
Hi, Goldhammer, apologies for the tardy reply, and thank you for your very kind offer. I'd be happy to take one and pass the other to Bish - you would, of course, be recompensed for the kits and the postage. Please PM me to discuss further - again, many thanks for your kindness.
Bish - can you PM me as well, please, to let me know if you're interested?
PM sent, I'll let you and Bish sort out the logistics over there.
Just get me an address to send to via PM.
Just glad they'll find a home.
BTW, I don't find your offer disrespectful in any way or form.
