To model the fictional
Tara heading out of a dock in Norfolk, Va., Joel built Revell's 1/108 scale Harbour Tug Boat out of the box. "The old tooling meant there were some tricky fits and a lot of flash to remove," says Joel. He added wear and tear to the boat by dry-brushing acrylics.
