Jacob built Revell’s 1/48 scale F-15C Eagle straight from the box and assigned Hasegawa U.S. Ground Crew to it, modeling a jet from the Missouri Air National Guard 131st Fighter Wing. “I always loved watching them fly around,” he says of the Eagles once based at Lambert International Airport in St. Louis. Jacob said he followed Editor Matthew Usher’s article, "Picture-perfect display base," in the May 2006 FineScale Modeler, for the base of his model.
