No slave to collectibles, Mike opened up Aurora’s 1/55
scale Moon Bus from “2001: A Space Odyssey” and added lighting and an interior,
drilling holes in the craft’s instrument panel and inserting red LEDs. Mike
modeled the display base after the movie set, lighting it with 27 LEDs.
