Ron scratchbuilt a hefty 1/18 scale X-3 Stiletto,
covering a bulkhead/stringer construction with sheet styrene and loading the
cockpit with instrumentation, controls, and switches. The ejection seat alone
features guide wings, parachute pack, oxygen cylinder, raising and lowering
controls, restraints, cushions and guide rails. We figure the model is about 3'
8 1/2" long!
