MiniArt’s 1/16 scale Spartan Hoplite as rendered by Carlos,
who equipped his warrior with a spear made from a barbeque skewer. He
brush-painted the flesh with Vallejo acrylics and airbrushed the clothing and
shield with Tamiya acrylics, later picking out fine details with more
hand-brushing. He likes what gold Rub ‘n Buff did for the armor. Washes of
Andrea Miniatures bronze furthered the look.
