Bill added a vacuum-formed
canopy and steel-wire rigging to Glencoe’s 1/48 scale J2F Duck and painted it
with Testors Model Master enamels and Alclad II aluminum. “It was a challenge to
build what many people have said is a horrible kit,” he says, “a bit of a
change from today’s engineering masterpieces.”
