Michael converted Tamiya’s 1/35 scale kit to represent an
Australian Matilda in the Southwest Pacific, 1945. “Firestorm provided many of
the parts unique to the Matildas operated by the Aussies,” Michael says. He
also added planking and other photoetched metal from Eduard, Bronco tracks,
Bison decals, and various scratchbuilt stowage.
