Bob modeled Hasegawa’s 1/48 scale British Phantom F.G. I and says, “This has the larger Rolls-Royce Spey engines and larger intakes of the UK version. The registration numbers on the decal sheet were too big, so I made my own about 20 percent smaller. There were some other problems with the kit, but it was worth all the time spent to correct them. The main colors are Tamiya paints, XF-80 dark sea gray and XF-2 flat white.
