Paul bought the original 1966 Aurora “Forgotten Prisoner of Castel-Maré” on eBay: “It came assembled and unpainted. I took it completely apart and repaired the damaged chains around his neck and left leg using spare parts. Then I reassembled the kit, painting it to match the illustration on the box. I loved this kit as a kid and always thought it was the most mysterious and coolest of all the Aurora monster models.”
