“I built this 1/6 scale model years ago,” John says. “It was an old Revell kit I won in a raffle. The scene depicts Ed White on the first American spacewalk.” Modifications include straps made from cigarette packaging, painting the reflection in the visor, and a scratchbuilt chest pack.
