Jon’s chess set pits German Panzerkorps against U.S. armor, circa 1944. The 1/100 scale Flames of War pieces are resin and metal glued on oak bases with felt bottoms and painted with spray cans, brown ink pinwashes, and acrylics for details, then finished with several coats of flat clear.
