While AMT’s kit states no scale, the “Star Trek” K-7 Space Station is 15" wide and 6" tall. Although he worked as an electronics technician for 30 years, this was Mike’s first model wired for lights; it’s powered by two AA batteries. He says, “I built this as a fun project just to see if I could light it up and what it would look like when I was finished.”
