Michael built this 1/32 scale F6F-5N Hellcat from Trumpeter as a night fighter. Why? Because he wanted to build the kit and liked the night-fighter version best! Michael sprayed the plane with Tamiya U.S. Navy Blue (No. AS-8) from the can. The instructions called for light-blue tinted windows, so he airbrushed Tamiya Clear Blue (No. X-23) on the inside to give the model an appropriate look.
