Trenton Butler,

Lynchburg, Virginia

Both vehicles in Trenton’s diorama are Tamiya 1/35 scale British Special Air Service (SAS) Long Range Desert Group (LRDG) vehicles used in North Africa during WWII. He painted with Tamiya, Model Master, and Testors products. Trenton says he is fascinated with the vehicles used by the LRDG during the war because they yielded some modern-day equivalents. When he saw Tamiya’s SAS LRDG models, the idea to make a diorama just fell into place.
