Patricio turned this Special Hobby 1/72 scale P-40N Warhawk into "Butter Bean" which was based in India 1942. He took artistic liberties to replicate some details of the Burma Banshees in the comic "Angel Wings" by Romain Hugault. Patricio weathered using washes, chipped by dry-brushing aluminum paint, and applied black and brown pastel dust for the exhaust stains. He made the antenna, which he said was especially difficult to do, with extra fine thread anchored to three different places to match photos of the plane. Patricio plans to show this model off at the Sociedad de Plastimodelismo de Arequipa’s annual exhibitions!
