Greg built this Revell-Germany 1/144 scale Airbus A319 — his first airliner kit — straight from the box. He painted with Tamiya White Primer, Chrome Yellow, and coats of various gray and metallic colors under clear. For the markings, he used the kit decals and additions from Airline Decals. Greg built the model as a memento of a flight from Calcutta to Bhutan that he took with his wife, Suzanne, in 2015. He says Aaron Skinner’s Modeling Airliners guided the whole project. Greg now has 10 more airliner kits in his stash.
