Status of Anigrand?
Posted by cf18hornet on Saturday, November 30, 2019 3:24 PM

Hello everyone. I'm new to these forums and I decided to join today after following for several years.

As the title says does anyone know the status of Anigrand? I'm assuming maybe they've ceased operations because they haven't update their website in over a year and their future releases page still says January 2019. I know they've always been slow on updating their website but never has it taken this long. It just seems as if it's been abandoned. I've tried to google for any info but havent found anything. I'm hoping maybe some of you have heard something.

Thanks

Mark

According to Scalemates they are still active and they have had at least one new release this year. hannants still list over 200 of their kits.

Have you sent them an e-mail?

Regarding ANiGRAND...

Comments entered from their Subscription Form does not seem to work as the connection fails when sending.

I thought I had sent them an email not too long ago asking if they might someday make a kit of the  Avro CF-105 Arrow.  I do not recall an answer.

I've just sent another email on the same subject.

hannants.co.uk has quite a stock of their Resin kits. ANiGRAND's 1/144 kits have always been of great interest to me.  My limited experience with resin is only with ships. Someday I would like to do a resin aircraft so I HOPE THEY ARE STILL MAKING MODELS!

Seeing as they're in Hong Kong, they may be distracted by other events. The government on their end may be disrupting online communications as well.

I build 1/48 scale WW2 fighters.

Have fun.

Bump in the thread. I just went to Anigrand's site tonight, and nothing is written as far as an update as to whats going on. Some pages last mention 2018, and others 2019. Anyone have any new news about them. I love their kits and it would be a shame to have them disappear.Sad
