revell race team

Does any one remember the old Revell race team stuff that came in the revell kits in the late 70's? I know revell was involved with racing longer that just the 70's but I remember joining the club and getting a news mini-magazine with stories and tips in it, also the jacket patch and other special goodies from the club. I was thinking with all the talk of how to get kids interested in the hobby something like this would be a good idea, as it's always fun to belong to a club especialy when you get something in the mail. in another forum some one mentioned that there are no tv commercials from the plastic companys maybe this would be a good alternative.
