This M2A1 half-track is from the 1/35 scale Dragon “Smart
Kit” enhanced by a LionRoar photoetched-metal superdetailing set, and took Steve
about six months to build. “I built it more than two years ago and can’t
remember what division I modeled it after,” Steve admits. “It has individual
.50-caliber rounds with articulated ammo clips that work. There’s even a key in
the glovebox! The base was just as much fun, with flowers and a scratchbuilt
wire-armature tree with PlusModel leaves.
