Plans for this scratchbuilt 1/350 scale Santa Catarina do Monte Sinai were extrapolated from a painting by Swedish historical maritime artist Björn Landström. The 1520 Portuguese carrack is built from wood, plastic, metal, paper, glue, and paint. Both the ship and its long boat are crowded with scale figures.
