Having built Italeri’s 1/48 scale Spitfire Mk.Vc, Richard says, “I recently visited Malta and became fascinated with its role in World War II, a tiny island fending off the Germans and Italians in the Mediterranean. This represents one of the few Spitfire defenders.” Richard finished the fighter with Testors Model Master enamels.
