Try here:

The original address is most likely doesn't exist due to age. You could make your own decals too using decal paper. What kit is it from? Maybe the kit still exist as a re issue.

I would tend to think either funny car or pro stock/street mustang kit from back in the day

I agree it is likely for a drag racing car, but it could be a track roadster, with the commercially painted numbers.

I'm thinking, since I see the Pirelli decal and the NASCAR International. Could this have come from the Ford GT40?

NASCAR International is the same thing NASCAR is today.

They never raced GT 40's !

So the guessing goes on !

I'm siding with some Mustang kit that could have been Drag Racing the Quarter Horse decal. And because of the Pirelli decal maybe Trans-Am back in the day, they could have run Pirelli tires !?

Otherwise the mystery goes on !

Hi;

 I am going to jump off the cliff here . I do believe they went with a Mustang . A full race version could be built from that specific kit . I Think .  T.B.

A lot of kits from this era were 3-in-1 that could build, stock, customized and as a race car. Many of the kit decals were fictional and "looked cool" and could be mix and matched.

You probably nailed it RoB.  That would tie in with Don and my thoughts as a track car with the numbers and stripes, and a drag car with the quarter horse.  I seem to remember back in the late 60's ear;y 70's there was a car on the drag strip circuit that was named Quarter Horse running either pro stock or pro street, but a little fuzzy on that.

**EDIT**  Asked a buddy who is a Ford guy from day one.  He sent me a link to an ebay auction for a partial set of decals for quarter horse and walt's puffer race car.  Was a 3 in 1 sheet, so Rob pretty much hit it. Plug in Vintalge AMT 1/25 1/25 3 in 1 decals.

 No idea of model of vehicle though.  Most likely Mustang or maybe Pinto.
