Good Phantoms take time; Robert started this one in 1974. “It’s Revell’s 1/32
scale F-4E,” he says. “It had come apart, and after threatening to rebuild it
for about five years, and accumulating decals and other parts in the meantime,
I finally did it. I used Eduard ejection seats, cockpit parts from a Tamiya F-4,
and wheels and engine updates.” He sanded away panel lines and rescribed them,
too.
