Setting sail in 1/700 scale, Revell Germany’s container ship Colombo Express and the 270' U.S. Coast Guard cutter Tampa knife through a sea of shower-stall acrylic sheet, leaving a wake made from a 3:1 mix of wall spackle and water. Todd used aftermarket decals from White Ensign Models to represent multiple container brands. Crewmen and handrails on both ships are photoetched metal. Todd had to make his own hull cuts to waterline the Express.
