Jim backdated his 1/35 scale Esci M60A1 with a resin M60 turret from Chesapeake Model Designs, then placed it in West Germany, 1968. “Every five years I build a miniature AFV and christen it with my wife’s name,” he says, using homemade dry transfers to name his tank Babs. Jim added AFV Club individual track links and weathered with Mig pigments and washes, Woodland Scenics snow, and The Small Shop EU Snow-Coat and Ice-Coat.
