It was a long pull for Gilbert to build Dragon’s 1/350 scale SMS Scharnhorst. He modeled the 1941 configuration while installing a MK1 wood deck, North Star Models naval crew, Flyhawk photo-etch, and a rigging set from Uschi van der Rosten.
