I have been buildin fine scale aircraft off and on for about 33 years now. I fondly remember my first Matchbox ME-109 my dad bought for me as a little boy. I glued that thing together within a day and although no paint or anything was used I remember those kits had 3 colors. Well I have come a long way since then. Flunked medical tests to become Air Force Pilot so went to wok as Instrument Technician. Currently working offshore oil and gas. I fly a LOT. flown in various models of choppers, commercial aircraft, mid size and big corporate jets, alas always as passenger. I like to build WW2 aircraft, although I have dabbled in some modern fighter jets and I am currently busy with a Battle Star Galactica MKII Viper.
