Log-in problems and new passwords
To all forum members,
Kalmbach Publishing made a change in the way forum members accounts are authenticated. That forced everyone to log in again. It also requires a stronger password with both letters and numbers. If you are unable to access your account and reset your password, contact customer service at 800-533-6644. If you are outside the U.S. and can't make that call, email FineScaleModeler@customersvc.com.
