should add a regional section

not sure if there is one, did a couple of searches and didnt see one. im suggesting having a regional section in the forums where modelers can find other modelers in their areas. this way modelers have an idea who is in their neighborhood and can maybe plan group builds or get togethers to help each other improve their modeling skills.
to build or not to build, that is the question
